Billing

  • Transportation is billed to the customer's credit card or through corporate central billing.
    Europe Limousine Service, Inc. accepts the following cards:
            American Express
            Diners Club
            Discover Card
            MasterCard
            Visa
  • A 20% service charge is calculated on the base rate, additional stops and waiting time will be added and itemized on the customer's billing statement.
  • The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable:
            Two-way tolls
            Airport parking
            New York Workers’ Compensation 2% charge or NJ 7% Sales Tax (when applicable)
            $2 Voucher -processing fee
            Cell Phone Usage
  • All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates can be confirmed at the time a reservation is made.

 

Sedan Rates

  • Europe Limousine Service, Inc. has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
  • All transportation billed on an hourly basis inside Manhattan will be billed a minimum of two hours.
  • All transportation billed on an hourly basis outside Manhattan, will be billed a minimum of three hours taking into consideration a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.

 

Wait Time / Stop Time
  • For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $55 per hour. Grace period is defined as ten (10) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.
  • Europe Limousine Service, Inc. is able to monitor all commercial flights keeping waiting time at a minimum.
  • Europe Limousine Service, Inc. does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
  • Europe Limousine does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
  • Passenger requested stops ON ROUTE during a point-to-point reservation will be charged $20.00 per stop in Manhattan, $30.00 per stop out of Borough and $40.00 per stop out of New York City.
  • Passenger requested stops OFF ROUTE for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to the prevailing Europe Limousine Service, Inc. book price. Same state stops will be charged half the book price of each stop. Interstate stops will be charged the full book price of each stop.
     

Cancellation and No Show Fees

  • Cancellation of sedans must be made 30 minutes prior to pick up time in Manhattan and 2-3 hours for out of town pick ups depending upon the distance of the pick up location. For rides which are not cancelled or are cancelled passed the allotted time will result in a full charge equal to the base rate price of the trip plus the 20% service charge and any applicable charges.
  • Upon cancellation a cancellation number must be obtained from the dispatch office operator.
  • A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% service fee plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
  • To avoid a 'no show' fee call 1-800-967-7302 if you cannot locate your sedan.
  • Cancellation of motor-coaches with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
  • Cancellation of minibuses with less than 24 hour notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum. (on weekends and holidays the cancellation notice must be done 48 hours prior to the ride)
  • Cancellation of vans/stretch limousines with less than twelve (12) hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
  • Sedan cancellation :
      • Sedan cancellation:
      • Inside Manhattan                  30 minutes prior to pick up time
      • In the 5 boroughs                  90 minutes prior to pick up time
      • Out of  the 5 Boroughs       120 minutes prior to pick up time
      • Rides with Travel time over 2 hours must be cancelled at least double the travel time prior to the pick up time.
         
  • Holiday / special events / high season cancellations must be done 21 days in advance.
     

Holidays

  • A 30% U.S. holiday surcharge, based on the fare, additional stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on:
            New Year's Day
            Memorial Day
            Fourth of July
            Labor Day
            Thanksgiving Day
            Christmas Day

Events Services (Limousines, Vans, Minibuses, Motor-coaches)

  • All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing Europe Limousine Service, Inc. hourly rate.
  • All transportation that is billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.
     

Other

  • Europe Limousine Service, Inc. shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
  • Europe Limousine Service, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
