Cook, the owner of Europe Limousine Service worked as a
top administrator in the hotel industry for over fifteen
years. Mr. Cook brought his expertise in customer
satisfaction and service to his new business venture,
Europe Limousine Service, Inc.
All of the vehicles at Europe Limousine Service are
equipped with complimentary bottled water, snacks,
magazines and three daily newspapers, including, The
Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and USA Today.
Mobile Phones are available at all times for use to all
customers. Laptops, Televisions, VCR’s, DVD’s, and other
amenities are available upon request. Our chauffeurs are
in constant communication with the base and office
through the use of Radio/Telephones.
Each of Europe Limousine's chauffeurs are registered
with New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission on
Europe Limousine's Base Number B01854. Europe Limousine
Service is fully insured and bonded as required by T.L.C.
regulations.
At Europe Limousine Service, we maintain only the utmost
professionals to represent our company. Each of our
chauffeurs is required to undergo extensive training
involving evasive and defensive driving techniques. Our
chauffeurs are also taught the proper etiquette in the

Since billing is done through the office, no payment is
necessary at the time of pick up. Our corporate
accounting, reservation, and billing system is state of
the art and offers customers weekly invoices and
receipts in an organized and professional manner. Our
services may be billed or paid with a credit card kept
on file in the office. Invoices may be sent via e-mail
upon request.
