1. How can I open an account with you?

Europe Limousine welcomes corporate and personal accounts. We offer personalized service to every client whether you are a first time client or a frequent client. You may open an account and make reservations by phone or on line.

 

2. What types of payment do you accept.?

Europe Limousine accepts credit cards such as Visa, Discover, American Express, Diners, and MasterCard. Personal checks and cash are also welcomed. In the event that a ride is reserved under a corporate account, the driver will provide the passenger with a voucher. Once the customer signs the voucher, the ride is then processed and billed through the office to the corporate account.

 

3. What is the correct procedure to cancel my trip without being charged?

Europe Limousine requires thirty minutes notice prior to a New York City pick up, and a minimum of two hours notice for an out of town pickup. If you do not cancel your trip within this time frame then you will be charged $35.00 for New York City and the Fare Price for out of town pickups. Cancellation codes will be given for each cancelled reservation for reference.

 

4. How is my ride charged?

A voucher is required for all rides. The voucher is then processed in the main office by the billing department and a bill is sent out to the customers for payment approximately one week after the ride is completed. The voucher includes the fare, tolls (if any), waiting time (if any), additional stops charge (if any), service charge, W/C tax, and a $2.00 voucher-processing fee.

 

5. Will I be picked up if my airport pickup is delayed, diverted, or ahead of

schedule ?

Europe limousine’s dispatch department checks airport arrival times for each airport reservation. Drivers are kept informed of their passengers’ airport pickups. Waiting time begins 15 minutes after the airline’s scheduled arrival time. All airport pickups are made inside the airport terminals in the baggage claim area unless otherwise requested in advance.

 

6. Will I be charged for “No Show”?

Passengers must notify the office of any changes and /or cancellations to their reservations. They must notify the office of changes within 30 minutes for New York City pickups and a minimum of two hours for out of town pickups. They will then be given a new cancellation number for reference. If a passenger is a “No Show” they will be charged $35.00 for New York City pickups and the fare price for out of town pickups.

 

7. How do I apply for a corporate account?

You may apply for a corporate account either by phone at the numbers above or online at www.europe-limo.com. You may also fax us the new account application to 201-265-5916. Upon receiving the new account application, an office representative will contact you to further complete the process for opening a new corporate account.
